(from now on SYSTEMPHOTO) with corporate address in Rambla Jaume I, 2, 43850 Cambrils, Tarragona (Spain), through this LEGAL NOTICE, hopes to regulate the access and use, and in general, the connection between this Portal (from now on WEBSITE) accessible on the Internet at the address www.systemphoto.com and the users (participants and accredited companies) of the website (from now on USERS), as well as the process itself.

In order to provide a fast and efficient development of the connection between SYSTEMPHOTO and the USERS, SYSTEMPHOTO guarantees through this notice, the privacy of the on line services in accordance with the legal requirements. It also informs about its policy on the disclosure of personal data, so that the USERS decide freely and voluntarily if they wish to provide SYSTEMPHOTO with their personal data by getting in touch with SYSTEMPHOTO through their WEBSITE or personally.
